TREO Canvas: Constantly updated with new internships and job opportunities from companies and employers seeking engaged, interested students.
Launchpad Meetings: TREO's Monday 12:30pm - 1:20pm meetings where members learn real estate and business skills that have real world applications. Members engage with that week's speaker and practice that week's skill through a hands-on activity.
Mentorship Program: Members gain access to TREO's new mentorship program, where they'll choose an Eboard mentor based on their goals, major, and personality

Mentorship
Get assigned an upperclassman mentor from TREO's Elected Board through our new Mentorship Program.
TREO’s Mentorship Program connects dues-paying members with experienced board members for personalized guidance and professional development. Through one-on-one meetings throughout the semester, mentees receive support with resume and LinkedIn development, internship searches, interview preparation, academic planning, and exploring career paths within the real estate industry.
Mentors share firsthand insights from their academic and professional experiences, helping students navigate recruitment, build confidence, and prepare for future opportunities. The program also emphasizes meaningful connections, providing mentees with opportunities to expand their professional networks while allowing mentors to develop their leadership and communication skills. Whether you're just beginning to explore real estate or preparing to enter the industry, TREO’s Mentorship Program offers the guidance, resources, and relationships to support your professional growth.
