LAUNCHPAD
TREO has a strong track record of hosting networking opportunities through our Friends of TREO events, which connect students with industry professionals and actively support job placement efforts. We also include guided visits to active job sites, providing students with first-hand
exposure to ongoing projects in the local market. Together, these established initiatives help students build relationships, explore career paths, and gain practical insights.
TREO Launchpad is our hands-on learning series, held every Monday, where students actively engage in solving real-world commercial real estate challenges. Sessions cover industry-relevant topics such as deal analysis, underwriting, appraisal techniques, market research, and case studies, with an emphasis on collaboration and practical application. Led by alumni, industry professionals, or advanced members, these workshops blend instruction with problem-solving exercises, giving students tangible skills they can apply directly in internships or full-time roles.
